Notice is hereby given that the County Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the City/County Building, Vincent E. Griego Chambers, Concourse Level Two, One Civic Plaza NW, on Wednesday, June 1, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. for the purpose of considering the following requests:

Gross appeals the Zoning Administrator’s decision in denying a conditional use to allow a mobile home for a medical hardship in addition to an existing single-family dwelling for three (3) years on Lot 8, Joe & Roy Subdivision, located at 2512 Rosendo Garcia Rd. CSU-50015     Quality Trailer Sales Corp., agent for Double L Investments LLC, requests approval to amend the Special Use Permit to include an area of 28,000 square feet for parking of equipment for semi-trailers and related equipment on Lot 124, Row 1, Unit A, West of Westland, located at 13501 Central Avenue NW, on the north side of I-40, approximately ¼ mile west of Paseo del Volcan, zoned A-1 with a Special Use Permit for Specific Use for Trailer Sales & Repair Shop, containing approximately 4.64 acres.
