Reported crime incidents data is provided by the Bernalillo County Sheriff's Office (BCSO) and the Albuquerque Police Department (APD). This data is for 12 months of crime incidents.  This site includes data for the City of Albuquerque and Bernalillo County.

The data is defined based on the following crime codes:

The ARSON layer is from: 00200.

The ASSAULTS layer is from: 0013A.

The AUTOTHEFT layer is from 00240.

The BURGLARY layer is from 00220.

The DRUGS layer is from: 0035A & B.

The DWI layer is from: 0090D.

The FORCIBLE RAPE layer is from: 0011A.

The LARCENY layer is from 0023A-H.

The MURDER layer is from 009A & B.

The ROBBERY layer is from 00120.

The THEFT FROM AUTO layer is from: 0023F.

The CRIME layer is composed of the previously listed crime incidents.

Part I crime refers to the FBI's Uniform Crime reporting of 8 specific crimes; murder and non-negligent manslaughter, robbery, aggravated assault, rape, motor vehicle theft, larceny, burglary, and arson. Part II crimes are everything other than Part I.
