County Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department
requests approval of amendments to the County Zoning Ordinance, Ordinance 213,
Appendix to the County Code. The
amendments deal with definitions, zoning categories, special use permit
procedures, nonconforming uses and other sections of the code to update the
ordinance for consistency with the recently deleted Extraterritorial Zoning
Ordinance, to correct errors and inconsistencies and for clarity and
