COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION

 

 

TO ALL CITIZENS AND PARTIES IN INTEREST:

 

Notice is hereby given that the County Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the City/County Building, Vincent E. Griego Chambers, Concourse Level Two, One Civic Plaza NW, on Wednesday, November 2, 2005 at 9:00 A.M. for the purpose of considering the following requests:

CSU-40002     Myers, Oliver & Price, P.C., agent for Sundt Corporation, requests approval of a Special Use Permit for a Technical Operation (drainage pond) on Tracts 9 & 10A3, MRGCD Map #29, located at 6924 Edith Boulevard NE, on the east side of Edith Boulevard north of Osuna Road and approximately 450 feet north of Tyler Road, zoned A-1, containing approximately 13 acres. SC-40003        Consensus Planning, agent for Las Leyendas LLC, appeals the County Development Review Authority’s decision in denying a preliminary plat for a two hundred fifty-seven (257) lot subdivision for failing to meet the requirements of the Bernalillo County Subdivision Ordinance, on Lots 1 – 51, Tracts A, B, C, R, and open space tract of Solano Subdivision, Section 2, T10N, R6E, located on the west side of Mountain Valley Road between I-40 and Frost Road, zoned A-2 with a Special Use Permit for a Planned Development Area, containing approximately 620 acres. ZTC-50002     Bernalillo County Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department requests approval of amendments to the Bernalillo County Zoning Ordinance.  Amendments are proposed to the following sections: General Provisions, Definitions, Residential, Office & Institutional, C-N, & C-1 zones, Special Use Permits and Administration.  In addition, a new industrial zone, C-LI Commercial/Light Industrial zone is proposed. CSU-50029     Marlin Good, agent for Amzie & Fanny Ellen Yoder, requests approval of a Special Use Permit for a Planned Development Area (five lot cluster development) on Tract 11B, MRGCD Map 54, located at 412 Shirk Lane SW, zoned A-1, containing approximately 4.95 acres. (R-12)

 

CZ-50013        Daniel Denton, agent for Barbara Fava, requests approval of a zone map amendment from R-1 to C-N on Lot 35A, Del Rio Acres, located at 2408 Del Norte Drive SW, on the southwest corner of Del Norte Drive and Del Rio Road, containing approximately .91 acres. (P-12)
