Notice
is hereby given that the County Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment
will hold a public hearing at the City/County Building, Council/Commission
Chambers, Concourse Level Two, One Civic Plaza NW, on Wednesday, March 3, 2004 at 9:00 A.M. for the purpose of considering the following requests:
CSU-20008 Mike
Knight, West Tijeras Canyon Ltd., Co. requests approval of a Special Use Permit
for a Planned Development Area, located south of the Tijeras Arroyo, I-40 and
NM333 (Central Avenue) and east of Four Hills Road, located on Tract 5,
Research Park Survey, Section 26, T10N R4E, Tract 4 excluding portion to the
ROW to Research Park Inc., Section 25, 26, 35 & 36, T10N R4E, and an

CZ-20024 Zoning, Building, Planning and
Environmental Health Department request cancellation of a Special Use Permit
for a Specific Use for Bar & Lounge on a portion of Parcel 1A, Windmill
Park within Section 19, T11N R6E, located on the southeast corner of Frost road
and North Highway 14, immediately west of Arrowhead Drive (private easement),
containing approximately 1 acre. (D-31) (Original request submitted by Frank

NEW REQUEST
CZ-40006 Denish
& Kline Associates, Inc., agent for MM & M Investment Company, requests
approval of a zone map amendment from A-1 to M-1 on Tracts 11A1B & 11A2C,
MRGCD Map #49, located at 700 Rio Bravo Boulevard SW, on the south side of Rio
Bravo Boulevard east of the Rio Grande, containing approximately .90 acres.
