Notice is hereby given that the County Planning Commission and the Board of Adjustment will hold a public hearing at the City/County Building, Council/Commission Chambers, Concourse Level Two, One Civic Plaza NW, on Wednesday, April 7, 2004 at 9:00 A.M. for the purpose of considering the following requests:

ZA-30169        Luciano Jose Puentes appeals the Zoning Administrator’s decision in denying a variance of 13 feet to the required front yard setback distance on Lot 5D, Charles Payne Addition, located at 2917 Elder Ct.
