Bernalillo County proposes a text change to the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance Bernalillo County Code, Appendix A to update the ordinance by establishing a separation requirement of 500 feet between buildings used for the sale of package liquor and residential zones, eliminating certain uses from the M-1 and M-2 uses, and clarifying standards for accessory buildings for consistency with the County’s Building Code.
