TO ALL CITIZENS AND PARTIES IN INTEREST:

Notice is hereby given that the County Planning Commission will hold a public hearing at the City/County Building, Vincent E. Griego Chambers, Concourse Level Two, One Civic Plaza NW, on Wednesday, August 4, 2010 at 9:00 A.M. for the purpose of considering the following requests:

 

 

Deferrals

SPR-80001      Rio Grande Engineering, agent for TP Paseo del Norte LLC, requests approval of the Volcano Vista Master Plan.  The Master Plan covers approximately 80 acres which is located south of Paseo del Norte and west of Woodmont Avenue NW.  The Master Plan proposes mixed use development including high, medium, and low density residential uses, commercial and industrial, and a regional park. CSU-86-31      Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department requests cancellation of a Special Use Permit for a Planned Mobile Home Development on Tract 2, Town of Atrisco Grant, located at 3110 Lisa Road SW, zoned M-H, and containing approximately 5 acres. (Q-10) (DEFERRED FROM THE MAY 5, 2010)

 

CSU-96-37      Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department requests cancellation of a Special Use Permit for an Automotive Race Track on Tract B-1, Town of Atrisco Grant, Section 8, T9N, R1E, located at 15000 Speedway Boulevard SW, zoned A-1, and containing approximately 60 acre. (P-2) (DEFERRED FROM THE JUNE 2, 2010 HEARING)

 

CSU-50012     Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department requests cancellation of a Special Use Permit for a Specific Use for RV & Boat Storage on Lot B, Vineyard Addition Unit 1, located at 305 Muscatel Avenue NE, zoned C-1, and containing approximately .74 acres. CSU-77-33      Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department requests cancellation of a Special Use Permit for a Wrecking Yard on Tracts 140A1, 140A2, and southerly portion of Tract 140A, MRGCD Map #43, located at 1905 Coors Boulevard SW, zoned A-1, and containing approximately 1.94 acres.  (M-11)

 

CZ-81-2          Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department requests cancellation of a Special Use Permit for Three Single Family Dwellings and a Duplex on Tract 58C, MRGCD Map # 23, located at 10031 4th Street NW, zoned R-1, and containing approximately .78 acres. Other Matters

CIP                  The 2011 – 2016 Capital Improvements Plan and the 2010 General Obligation Bond Program will be heard for public input by the County Planning Commission.  The plan and program include a listing of the capital projects needs of the County for the next six years and those that will be considered for placement on the ballot for the November General Election for voter approval.  The program lists projects needs recommended for funding and those that are not within the budgeted limits of the County. 

 

**All correspondence and documents covering matters before the Commission must be submitted by 12:00 noon, eight (8) calendar days prior to the public hearing on that matter.  The Commission may vote to waive this requirement if they determine that the material is necessary to make an informed decision on the matter.  Correspondence may be emailed to zoning@bernco.gov or mailed to 111 Union Square Street SE Suite 100, Albuquerque, NM 87102 ATTN: Nano Chavez.
