ZTC-20100001 Bernalillo County proposes to revise
Chapter 62, Article II of the code, which establishes the County Planning
Commission, and Section 24B.1 of the Zoning Ordinance which establishes the
Board of Adjustment to allow these bodies to select their officers.
**All
correspondence and documents covering matters before the Commission must be
submitted by 12:00 noon, eight (8) calendar days prior to the public hearing on
that matter. The Commission may vote to
waive this requirement if they determine that the material is necessary to make
an informed decision on the matter.
