Zoning, Building, Planning & Environmental Health Department requests approval of the Isleta Boulevard & Village Centers Sector Development Plan.  The Sector Development Plan proposes a design overlay zone for the entire plan area, which includes regulations or guidelines for signage, lighting, walls & fences, parking, landscaping, residential development, and architectural design.  Also, new zones are proposed which are either an optional or a mandatory change from the existing zone to the new zone.  (CONTINUED FROM THE MARCH 5, 2008 HEARING)
