Ordinance. These amendments include
clean up to the existing language for clarity and consistency with similar
regulations. The most significant of
the changes is to Section 20.5, Sector Development Plan, where the County
seeks to bring current mail-out and notification requirements in line with
applicable statutes outlined in the NM Zoning Act. |
